​Born and raised in SW of France, a place we call Biscaye, Francois has always loved living outdoors and enjoying his region. Discovering the terroir, its people and all the delights those hidden gems can offer.

Because there is such a strong culture, history, gastronomy, and pride to be from these territories amongst residents, it is worth sharing it with the rest of the world.

After spending 15 years in New Zealand, setting up two successful businesses in the hospitality industry and becoming a local figure amongst the community, Francois has decided to return to his roots with the idea of sharing the beauty of his own region with Kiwis on the lookout for a unique, real and authentic experience.
